Dr. Michelle Leach, owner and operator of Heal by Hand Wellness Center, has been treating patients in the San Diego area since 2002. Chiropractic care is a hands-on approach to treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and any health concerns that may stem from these conditions.

At Heal by Hand, we commonly treat pain in the back, neck, or overall joints; chronic headaches, migraines, or jaw tension; soft tissue or spinal system injuries from vehicle or work-related accidents; digestive concerns; and general tension throughout the body. In these and many other cases, a chiropractic adjustment may help restore joint mobility, relieve soft tissue pain and muscle tightness, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Dr. Michelle’s caring and compassionate approach to chiropractic care may include examination, diagnosis, and individualized treatment. She may also recommend exercise or lifestyle counseling, or supplementary therapies such as massage or acupuncture.
